Rear and Side Extension to Victorian Semi-detached House

A large extension to a three bedroom house to provide a fourth bedroom, a larger third bedroom and new first floor bathroom on the first floor and a larger kitchen / dining area, new utility room and shower room to the ground floor to replace the existing kitchen, one bedroom and ground floor bathroom.

The extension is part brick and block and part timber framed with some tiled roofing and some low pitched stainless steel roofing. The extension as seen from the road is in brickwork and roof tiling to match the original victorian house to meet with planning requirements and with rendered and timber clad elevations and the stainless steel roof to the rear. A high level of insulation to the new works is included.
